Which pack should I start with?
If you have no website yet, start with the Website Brief Pack, then the Domain and Email Pack. If you already have a site, start with the Launch Checklist: it finds the problems that stop a site being found.
Do packs count towards the course?
Yes. Yes. If you buy the course within 30 days of a pack, email us before you buy and we send you a one-off code for what you spent on packs.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every pack is numbered steps. Each step says what to click and what you should see when it worked.
Can I get a refund?
Packs are digital and delivered straight away, so there are no refunds once access is given, except where the law requires it (for example, if a pack is faulty or not as described).
