Who you are buying from

What you get
Online lessons, templates and checklists for the product you bought, as described on its page, plus updates to that product for as long as we run the course. The Website Course includes modules we add later. You also need software subscriptions with other companies, about £35 a month in total, which you pay them for directly. The course names each one and shows you how to set it up.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds and are the total you pay us. Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe. Packs bought within 30 days before the course are credited against it: email us before you buy the course and we send you a one-off code for what you spent on packs.
Refunds and your right to cancel
Digital products are delivered immediately. By ticking the box you agree to immediate access and acknowledge you lose your 14-day cancellation right. No refunds once access is given, except where required by law (e.g. faulty or not as described).
You normally have 14 days to cancel digital content. Before you pay, you must tick a box asking for immediate access and confirming you lose that right. We restate this in your confirmation email. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the product is faulty or not as described, are not affected.
We keep a record of each order for 24 months to answer payment disputes: the box you ticked and when, the IP address and browser used, when access was delivered, and each visit to the course area.
Build and Handover, the Monthly Retainer and Consulting are services. You can cancel within 14 days of booking. If you asked us to start within those 14 days, you pay for any part already delivered. The retainer runs month to month and stops at the end of the month in which you cancel.
Our guarantee
If your site is not live within 7 days of starting the course, we finish it with you on a screen-share call at no extra cost, until it is live. This needs you to own a domain and to have followed the steps. It is on top of your legal rights, not instead of them, and it is not a refund promise.
Using the material
Your purchase is for you and your own business. You may not resell or share the lessons. Using the course material to build sites for paying clients needs our written permission.
What we are not responsible for
We teach you to build and run your own site. We do not promise any number of visitors, enquiries or sales. We are not responsible for changes made by other companies to their services or prices. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
