Who we are
JG Core Ltd (company 16218779, c/o Burton Varley Ltd, The Counting House, 24 Richmond Road, Bowdon, Altrincham, England, WA14 2TT) runs this site and is the controller of your personal data. ICO registration ZC079115. Contact: info@jgcore.com.
What we collect and why
- When you buy: your name, email, billing address and payment details, so we can take payment, give you access and send your receipt. Lawful basis: contract. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- When you use our form: what you type in, so we can reply. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.
- Order evidence: the consent box you ticked and when, your IP address and browser at checkout, when access was delivered, and each visit to the course area. We keep it with your order in Stripe for 24 months to answer payment disputes. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in defending chargebacks.
- Records of sales: kept for 6 years, because UK tax law requires it.
- Waiting list and form messages: your name, email and message, kept for 2 years from your last message, then deleted. Ask us at any time and we delete them sooner. We only use your waiting-list email to tell you when the course opens.

Affiliate links
