JG Core affiliate terms

These terms are between you and JG Core Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company

number 16218779), registered office c/o Burton Varley Ltd, The Counting House, 24 Richmond Road,

Bowdon, Altrincham, WA14 2TT ("we", "us"). They cover the JG Core affiliate program at

jgcore.com/earn, which includes every JG Core company listed there. By applying you agree to them.

1. Joining

  • Most applications are approved automatically once you confirm your email. Some are checked by hand first (for example, high-value products need a reviewed account). We may decline any application, or later suspend an account approved automatically, without giving a reason.
  • You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
  • Your account is personal. Don't share your dashboard or sign-in links.
  • One account, one referral code and one payout cover every company in the program.

2. What you earn

  • Rates: commission is a percentage of the price the customer actually paid, excluding VAT and

any fees, at the rate shown for that product on jgcore.com/earn (or the company's own page there)

when the sale happens. Rates differ by product and by company. Some products have a maximum

commission per sale. Subscriptions earn on every paid invoice, starting with the first, for the

number of months shown (for example, 20% of every paid invoice for the first 12 months).

  • Credit: a sale is credited to you when the customer bought within the product's referral

window (60 days unless the product shows a different one) of last clicking your link for that

company's site, and no other affiliate's link was clicked after yours.

  • First-sale bonus: where shown, a one-off bonus is paid on your first sale of an eligible

product. It is paid once per affiliate across the whole program, is held for 30 days like any

commission, is never paid on your own purchases, and is removed if that sale is refunded or a

dispute on it is lost.

  • Other bonuses: any other bonus or higher rate shown for a company is paid on the same terms,

and is removed with the sale that earned it.

  • Changes: we can change prices, commission rates, bonuses, products and the companies in the

program. Price changes and rate rises take effect straight away. A rate cut gets 14 days' notice by

email before it applies. A change only affects sales made after it takes effect: the rate that

applies is the one shown when the sale happens. Commission you have already earned is never cut,

except for refunds, chargebacks or fraud.

3. Holds, disputes and refunds

  • Each commission is held for 30 days before it can be paid.
  • If a customer disputes a payment, the commission is held while the dispute is open and removed if

the dispute is lost.

  • If we refund a sale (rare: digital products are non-refundable once delivered), the commission is

removed.

  • If a removed commission was already paid, the amount comes off your next payout.

4. Payment

  • We pay monthly by PayPal, Wise or UK bank transfer once your approved balance, across all

companies, reaches £50. Anything below that carries over to the next month.

  • You're responsible for your own tax. We don't deduct tax.
  • We never ask for bank details by email reply. We'll send a secure way to give them.

5. How you promote us

  • Disclosure: label every post, video, email or page that carries your link so it's obvious it's

an advert, for example "#ad" or "affiliate link". This is required by the UK CAP Code and consumer

law, and also applies outside the UK.

  • No claims we haven't made: don't promise income, results, rankings or outcomes, and don't

invent reviews or testimonials.

  • No brand ads: don't run paid search ads on our brand names (including JG Core, JG Core Academy

and CoreFi), or use domains or social accounts that look like ours.

  • No spam: don't email people who haven't agreed to hear from you, and follow PECR and UK GDPR.
  • No cookie stuffing: don't use hidden frames, pop-unders, or anything that sets our cookie

without a real click.

  • No self-referral: you can't earn on purchases by you, your household or your business.

6. Your data

We use your name, email, application and payout details to run the program and pay you, and keep

them while you're an affiliate and for six years after your last payment (for tax records). We

never show your details to customers, and never show customers' details to you. JG Core Ltd is

registered with the ICO (ZC079115). To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, email us.

7. Ending

  • You can leave at any time.
  • We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms. If we do, unpaid commission from

sales that broke these terms is cancelled. Other approved commission is paid as normal.

8. Liability and law

  • Liability: we aren't liable for lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the

commission owed to you.

  • Law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
